If you were anything like me, you tried everything you could to gain mass. I was a classic hardgainer, lanky and skinny. It seemed no matter how much I ate; I always stayed the same weight. Based off of your weight, you plan your supplement intake, diet and workout routine for each day. You also record your results to make sure your are progressing and to tweak your routine if you need to.

So does it work? For me, yes. The program worked very well for me. It requires discipline to plan your calorie intake and supplements each day, but I made copies of the worksheets to take to work and stuck with the program. I gained about 17 lbs of muscle after 12 weeks of the program. Was that as good as Anthony’s 32 lbs? No, but until trying this program I literally couldn’t gain a pound. If you have better genetics than me, I’m sure you can gain even more while on the program.
